The satellite was dispatched on Thursday from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, located in the southwestern Sichuan Province.
The lift-off took place at 5:35 p.m. local time, with the satellite being carried into space aboard a Long March-4C carrier rocket.
After a precise launch, the Shiyan-28B 01 satellite successfully entered its designated orbit, demonstrating China's advancing expertise in space technology.
